Camping along the way

Hi everyone,
My cousin and I are planing on walking le chemin d'Arles in October. We were planing to camp along the way most of the time and are wondering whether that is possible/allowed? Thank you all for your help!

Re: Camping along the way

Hi Jana,
Normaly, camping shouldn't be a problem. Some villages have camping resorts (refer at the "miam-miam-dodo" guide for detailed info) or, if your prefer camping in the wild, field owners usually are not too reluctant to it.
I did not experienced camping during my trail, I prefered gites/refugios. My opinion results from sayings of pilgrims who were camping and who did not report major problems.
For better advice, I suggest that you wait a response from someone who did camp along the chemin (hoping that a camper will post an answer to your question!).
